My Economics Rules: The Rights and Wrongs of the Dismal Science has been out now for more than a month, and I am quite pleased by the early reactions. Here is the review in The New York Times Book Review (by David Leonhardt) this weekend, last weekend’s review in the Washington Post (by Steven Pearlstein), and the one in the Financial Times (by Martin Sandbu). Clive Crook reviewed the book in Bloomberg View and Diana Coyle in The Enlightened Economist. For German readers, there are reviews in Handelszeitung (by Simon Schmid) and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (by Gerald Braunberger). Last not least, there is a review in Turkish by Emrah Aydinonat in Habertürk.
I am probably missing some reviews -- so feel free to let me know of any you see that is not included above.
There has been some confusion about the different covers of the U.S. (Norton) and U.K. (Oxford) editions. The U.S edition is on the left, the U.K. edition on the right:
The two books are identical, though you are likely to pay very different prices depending on where you live and which one you can buy.
If you want to watch me presenting the main argument in the book, here is the video of a talk I gave at the London School of Economics.
