You should open this letter to other colleagues to sign.

I would like to thank Dani for taking the lead in this initiative and to all those who signed and those who have expressed the desire of sign but have not found a way to do so. This support has been really a humbling experience for me. I am deeply moved and feel encouraged to continue my role as an active participant in the public discourse regarding Venezuela. I feel doubly responsible because those who live in Venezuela don't have the freedom and the support I have. There are over 100 political prisoners in conditions that imply torture. This includes my brother in law Braulio Jatar who has been in solitary confinement since September 3 for publishing videos of a pot banging protest against Maduro. I am sure you all share my indignation with this state of affairs.
