All are now on my Christmas list. I was surprised to see Karl Polanyi. I read him as an undergraduate anthropology student, but economists tend to give him such short shrift. Kudos.

The globalization of markets might have been the most significant. The Internet, Cell phones and other technologies changes the world in their own way. The Interdependent Global economic system we have today in part is the result of the presence of all these technologies. Business people, those in management need to understand how the world is interconnected.
