Papers on growth diagnostics and binding constraints

I frequently get asked about references to papers that utilize the Growth Diagnostics framework and apply the binding constraints approach. So, at the urging of Roberto Zagha, I have decided to maintain a web page that lists links to some of the better work out there.  At the moment, the page is pretty bare and unadorned, but here it is anyhow. I will improve the design and contents over the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, let me know if you know of papers on growth diagnostics that are not listed and which I may not have heard about.

I think this site is very helpful. However, it would be great if in addition to country case studies, you could also add a section with papers that make relevant analytical contributions. I think of papers like http://www.sml.hw.ac.uk/cert/wpa/2006/dp0604.pdf or even http://frrodriguez.web.wesleyan.edu/docs/academic_english/comments_hausmann_rodrik.pdf .

There are several from the IADB on Latin American countries done last summer and presented at an IADB workshop in DC. Maybe available on the IADB webpage?

Thanks you for this informative site. In South Africa, and I believe many other countries, we are experiencing growth constraints related to the overexploitation of natural resources and costly pollution and waste flows. I do not see such constraints consistently included in the growth diagnostics framework. Is there a reason?
